Grant Details
There is a financial incentive made available by the government to aid you in the process of getting your solar system installed.
The SEAI Grants offers up to €2400 for converting to solar.
Grant value for solar electricity
* the grant is paid on a pro rata basis e.g. for a 2.5kWp system the grant value would be €1,950
Solar PV Grant
€900 per kWp up to 2kWp
€300 for every additional kWp up to 4kWp
Total Solar PV grant capped at €2400

Get quote from SEAI registered contractor
- Apply for grant for system size designed
- SEAI registered contractor completes the works
Have post works BER assessment
Contractor submits required paperwork
Grant amount paid to you directly
